Nomadic Drifter - Original Painting
$200.00
This is an oil painting I made in 2025, called “Nomadic Drifter.”
There’s a boreal forest in one of my favorite places in Black Balsam. (I liked it so much, I got married there!!) The Taiga boreal forest is found mostly in the upper latitudes and consists of evergreen forests- however, it reaches down into parts of Appalachia where I live because of the ice melt during the Pleistocene ice age creating a migration of forests. I liked the idea of forests being nomads and drifting to new lands.
The painting is 8” x 8” oil on stretched canvas, framed and ready to hang.
Frames are hand built by yours truly.
